Welcome to DesignMultiverse Vendor Program. This Vendor Policy outlines the rules, responsibilities, and requirements for all sellers using the DesignMultiverse marketplace.

By registering and selling on DesignMultiverse, you agree to comply with this Vendor Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions and other marketplace policies.

1. Vendor Eligibility

Anyone may apply to become a vendor on DesignMultiverse. However, approval of vendor accounts is subject to review and approval by the platform administration.

DesignMultiverse reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate vendor accounts at its sole discretion.

2. Permitted Products

Vendors may sell digital products including but not limited to:

  • CDR Templates
  • Posters
  • Pamphlets
  • Flex and Banner Designs
  • Wedding Invitation Designs
  • Business Cards
  • Social Media Templates
  • Festival Designs
  • Political and Election Campaign Designs
  • Printable Design Resources
  • Other creative digital assets approved by the platform

All products must be delivered digitally.

3. Prohibited Products

Vendors may not upload or sell:

  • Copyright-infringing materials.
  • Pirated or illegally distributed content.
  • Offensive, hateful, or discriminatory material.
  • Adult or explicit content.
  • Malware, viruses, or harmful files.
  • Misleading or fraudulent products.
  • Products that violate local or international laws.

DesignMultiverse reserves the right to remove prohibited content without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Vendors must own the rights to all content they upload or have proper authorization to distribute it.

By uploading products, vendors confirm that:

  • They own the intellectual property rights to the content; or
  • They possess all necessary licenses and permissions required for distribution.

Vendors remain fully responsible for any copyright claims, disputes, or legal issues arising from their uploaded products.

5. Product Quality Requirements

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that products:

  • Match their descriptions and preview images.
  • Are free from corruption or technical issues.
  • Include all necessary files and resources.
  • Are properly categorized and tagged.

Products containing broken, incomplete, or misleading content may be removed.

6. Product Descriptions

Vendors must provide accurate information including:

  • Product title
  • Description
  • Supported software version
  • Included file formats
  • Usage instructions where applicable

Misleading product information is prohibited.

7. Pricing and Commission

Vendors may set their own product prices unless otherwise specified by the platform.

DesignMultiverse may charge a commission on each sale according to the marketplace commission structure in effect at the time of sale.

Commission rates may be updated from time to time.

8. Payments and Withdrawals

Vendor earnings become eligible for withdrawal according to the marketplace withdrawal policy.

Current marketplace settings may include:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount requirements.
  • Approved withdrawal methods.
  • Withdrawal processing schedules.

DesignMultiverse reserves the right to review withdrawal requests for security and fraud prevention purposes.

9. Refunds and Disputes

Refund requests involving vendor products will be reviewed in accordance with the DesignMultiverse Refund Policy.

DesignMultiverse reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refund eligibility and dispute resolution.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Vendor accounts may be restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Copyright violations.
  • Fraudulent activities.
  • Repeated customer complaints.
  • Misleading product listings.
  • Policy violations.

Outstanding balances may be held during investigations where permitted by applicable laws.

11. Marketplace Rights

DesignMultiverse reserves the right to:

  • Review and approve products.
  • Edit product categories and metadata.
  • Remove products that violate marketplace policies.
  • Suspend vendor privileges when necessary.
  • Modify marketplace rules and policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

DesignMultiverse acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers.

The vendor remains solely responsible for the legality, originality, and quality of the products they upload and sell.

13. Policy Updates

DesignMultiverse reserves the right to modify or update this Vendor Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updated policies become effective immediately upon publication on this page.
